Bold ******

On the 25th of December i requested for the bolt n there was three of us in-transit ,by some mistake at the end if my trip i actually forgot my bag at the back if thee car n the other passengers i was with also dropped her phone without realising ,a couple of hours we realised that we forgot our belongings in car, then i logged my complain in the bolt app they said they will wait for the driver be active on the app so they can track him,they didn’t come back to me on the same day the following day at 5am on the 26th i tried to contact the driver on the app and he didn’t answer i trued him an hours later then his phone was off both on the app and calls and it was off ever since. I followed up with the report on the app i was advised to go to the police so that i can get the drivers details I didn’t report the case immediately until today.

Because I actually saw the driver around a different neighborhood.. and he had my bag on him like its his. I confronted him and he denied the phone, taking my money and cards off my bag.. then he fled. That’s when I went to the police because this proves that he took our things for himself.

Now I am on the app trying to tell them I’ve been to to the cops and no response. This app is failing ne and what discouraging more is that his do on the app is not even the real him. What do I do because I lost money of the value of 1k and the phone worth 1700k.
