Bold driver and support not responding!

I accidentally left my house keys in the car on Saturday, i contacted the driver and he said he would arrange to get my keys back the next day, after phoning him on Sunday and he said he will contact me, I still have not heard from him yet and Bolt support is not assisting me to recover my key, I feel its their driver and they can help me but they just dont care, I don't feel save, the guy knows where I live and has my keys. I was even willing to pay the driver to deliver my keys because it was my stupidity. But no one is helping me! The driver does have my phone number support apparently gave it to him but i cant contact him directly. The driver is Rudzani Justice HR 95 SD GP
