Blocking acc unfairly

I am a bolt driver.Bolt has a feature of taking your pic on the app to ensure that the rightful owner of the app is the one who can only access the app. Its actually a good security feature.

A few days ago i wanted to go online on the app and ut requested me to take a pic.

I did that and notice that the place i took a pic from was not bright enough. Then i thought Bolt will say picture is not clear and i would try and take another one instead they block my acc. I started chatting with them but they refused to open the app so i feel they blocked my acc unfairly.

It means this is a set up. If they dont want to be in business they must say so.

On yo tube i commented good about bolt on women's day in the world. Now i see their true colors i will sent another video on yo tube about how they set up drivers for failure by blocking them unfairly.

All i want them to do is unblock my account
