Beware!:Thieving Bolt drivers

Took a ride from work, as I got to my destination, I got out and realised my wallet was still in the driver's car, as I called for the driver to stop, he just ignored me and drove off, I tried contacting the driver to no avail... When I finally reported the trip in the app, the driver contacted me(6 hours later), and told me he didn't see anything in the car... I lost my wallet, with my entire salary, thus leaving me homeless... I just feel there's more bolt could do to help... But they don't. Pathetic... Totally Pathetic
