Be careful of your possessions when using BOLT

Be careful when leaving your valued items or any such belongings in a bolt driver's car. It's been almost two months and Bolt has done absolutely nothing to retrieve an item of mine from the driver. They refused to discipline this person by removing him as a driver on their platform for deliberately NOT returning my item to either Bolt or to an alternative address given to him and Bolt went silent instead of instituting a severe disciplinary for what is now theft, because of his non compliance and it is so disappointing. So please do not forget anything of yours in a Bolt car , because you may never receive it and they will never ensure that this does not happen again, that bolt drivers are not dealt with accordingly for not disclosing client possessions and not returning them
