Be aware of Bolt

My son got a bolt today, he had cash to pay the driver, however he felt a bit uneasy - when they got to stop street he told driver he left something at home can they turn around. The driver stopped the car took his wallet with his money inside aswell as his belongings. He then cancelled ride on his side now we can’t report him.
