Left bags in the car. No one is willing to help and trace my bags. All the trip details have been forwarded to their app. They don't want to help and trace the driver. Their app is the worst ever. No accountability, no commitment, no willingness, customer service is zero, unprofessional, no solutions only stupid responses from their programmed robots.
