Bad treatment from bolt

I have been an active bolt driver for sometime and my account was blocked due to expired license which is normal But after renewal and submitting relevant documents I was surprised 😮 my account has been blocked due to facial verification failure which I was never asked for I'm totally surprised as a family man how would I feed my family for being blocked by their incompitance They should learn from their competitors how its done I'm so disappointed hence I own a vehicle that I want to link and drive myself
