Bad treatment from Bolt

I have very unhappy with bolt service on the 24 of October I had a trip and it keeps on saying payment is outstanding which I fail to understand how because the money was deducted from my account and if payment didn't happen the money was suppose to reverse but that never happened and now they keep on reminding that payment is outstanding while they took the money
