Bad service from Customer service Agents

Worst service ever, been waiting for my refund as off last year, the Agents on chat take forever to reply, callsxare not answered, they referring me to my Bank saying they never took any amount from me, but I have proof of charge, literally dealing with worst customer service Agents.
