Bad service from bolt taxi's

I ordered a bolt taxi yesterday. The driver arrived and I wanted to open the door to get into the car and the driver drove off like a mad man. Then I cancelled the ride. After U waited for a long time. I ordered another driver, when the driver came after about 8 minutes I was standing closer to get into the car. Another man came to the car and talked to the driver and he told me to get into the car but I thought let me check what's happening here. And then that man jumped into the car and said we will come back now. I cancelled that ride as well. One hour later still no ride. Then I walked home. And the price was almost double
