Bad service from bolt south africa Johannesburg

My name is Linda I requested a trip from dube to Emndeni on 28 Jan 2020 the trip was supposed to discounted as I had a voucher of R50 off and they over charged me as I used my credit card to pay and I have been sending email to them asking them to reverse the money they over charged me with and now they keep on asking the same info over and over again as I have provided to them so I am very upset with the serves as so I need my money back or to be conpansated. I want mymoney back
