Bad service from bolt

placed on order for a ride on 5 October 2023, total R206 i then had to cancel paid the R19.00 cancellation fee yet bolt charged me for R206 for the entire ride that i did not take, since then i have been in communications with their team via their app support till today and it's not the first time same thing happened on the 29 June 2023 i still have not gotten my money back, each time its a different story from a pre-auth to a refund, yet they claim they didnt take the money when i have bank statements showing other wise. rather disgusting service from bolt , i have since advised my entire family to not trust them and make use of other service providers, bolt really have no ethics and principles to actually keep my own money from me and then give me the run around to go to my bank.
