Bad service from a Bolt driver

This morning I had to take my daughter to the dentist in Salt River. When I called Bolt to get a ride back to my office in town (on the fores**** near the Cape Town Convention Centre), the driver phoned me and asked - or should I say shouted - where exactly am I going to because there is lots of traffic and he just put the phone down. That is the last time I will ever phone for a Bolt driver again.
