Bad service ,extra charges .

Ijoh ,so much drama in two days . Started yesterday Saturday(06/08/2022) when i was charged a trip on my acc that never happened . Then later on the trip to the farmers market my daughter left my phone in the car and the driver says he never picked us up ,but the trip is on my records . Then sunday money went off my acc when enroute to Saints and the driver said i have to pay cash . As i am writting this i am using Bolt becaouse . Jah Uber . I have no words .
