Bad Service

I am very disappointed on the extremely bad service received from the drivers that drive for Bolt. I struggled for more than an hour to get a ride. When you try again the driver accepts and then cancels the trip. I had to get home to my wife and kids and had to get someone else to do it. Please relook at who drives for you!!! I have driven before and had no problem, and i honestly don't know what went wrong
