Bad Service

On the 30 July 2025 At 9:24 am. I requested a ride and your driver Tawanda pick me up at 11 Hawley road Bedfordview. His registration number of his vehicle is FC94VY GP Vehicle name is a Ford Fiesta.

When he arrived at my destination at 6Lobelia street Primrose Hill Primrose I was seated on the front seat next to the driver, so I took my phone an Samsung A35 5G between my legs on the seat so I can take out the money out of my pocket to give the driver, I paid for the ride R29.00.

So when I left the vehicle i left my phone on the seat next to him. When he left I realized I left my phone in his car, so I took my wife's phone to call him but he already switched my phone off.

I request Bolt to make sure I get my phone back or I need to take legal action against bolt and the driver.
