Bad service

I have a driver account with bolt witch I had from when it started as taxify recently I had bought a car witch I wanted to use under bolt/taxify with that said I have been trying to add a car for about 2 months going to 3 months now everytime it has been declined with all documents provided and vehicle meeting all they requirements my car has been declined about 5 times now and my vehicle is under finance and the car has been bought to maintain my family with it now I cannot do that because bolt is stalling advising me that vehicle is still in review vehicle I been on review for 2 months now
