Bad Service

I had requested a Bolt for a short distance trip at night as i was going to church and had a microwave with me and as there had been load shedding during that time in December 2019 and when the driver arrived he said his network was not responding for the trip and I told him to just proceed as I know the area is not safe but he was persistent on starting the trip from the street we were in, as we were still waiting we were approached by 2 men and they grabbed the driver's phone through the window and continued to opening the doors and took my bag after that the driver told us to get out the car and drove off with the microwave in the boot. I am highly disappointed in the service of bolt SA as he did not return the next day to return the microwave that was in his boot.
