Bad Service

Bad service i must say. Me and my fiance have been trying to book a bolt just before 9pm and nobody wanted to accept our trip. Or they cancel the trip when accepted. I have been using bolt for years now and i have never had this bad experience before. Get other drivers or i will go somewhere else where i know i will never be disappointed like this
