I tried to book a ride and I was blocked I had used the app earlier and it worked successfully, now all of a sudden I was blocked I contacted the bolt call center consultant named Gcobisa dropped.the phone on me when I asked her how I was blocked from the system, she was basically rude and un- accommodating to my situation, I am disgusted by the service that I received as if I am wrong whereas I needed clarity but she decided to drop the call rudely.. This is one of the worst employees that you could ever employ in your company. If she can't deal with customer services then she shouldn't be employed in that department.
