Bad service!!!

I always use Bolt but I use cash most of the time. So I recently registered to pay with card and I took my first ride with card payment. My ride was R159. They debited a R100 at first, so I asked the driver why they only debited a R100 cos my ride was R159. Then he said that maybe I got a discount. After my ride was finished the debited another R159 I complained to their support team. All they said to me was "we're sorry your next trip will be R25 off" I've never experienced such bad service! I'm appalled!
