Bad service

I am disappointed by the service at Bolt South Africa. Bolt has removed my car off my profile without any explanation. I have been contacting them through email, calling ( over 2 hours holding no one answering everyday since 18 Aug 2025) and whatsapp everyday with no response. Is there another way perhaps there are contact on? I have exhausted all channels
