Bad Service

I forgot my cellphone in the drivers car last night. I immediately informed bolt support and provide them with all information regarding the driver .The informed me that they cant contact the driver so late and promise to call the driver this morning. I have so far send them 2 follow up emails but now one responded. I need my phone for work purposes . Can someone please assist me
