Bad Service

I lost my phone in a bolt ride on my way to work and i have not been helped since i forgot it in the bolt. Instead, they have been telling me to wait for several minutes without any response from customer support and IT support. The fact that they are unable to assist in any way with the situation espcially since i am dealing with a private emergency that requires my cellphone. the driver i had was Mcendisi and i requested 12:14 and i arrived at my destination at 12:22 and i havent received any help since i arrived at my current location.
