Bad service

I took a ride with Bolt and the I didn't get the receipt for the ride and now even on my APP it doesn't show how much did I pay for the ride that means I it could be I payed more than what I was supposed to pay. It happened with other driver I payed him more and he telling me stories now. I tried to contact Bolt and there's no response from them . They are just a bunch of useless agents employed there.
