Bad Service

I got ****** by a Bolt Driver, The trip was a card payment and when I got off, he manipulated it and said it was cash, I then had to go withdraw the money and give him, now on my Bolt App it says that I owe Bolt R 285. I have proof of this, which I sent to the Bolt people, Sent an email on the app, via gmail and also reached out to the on social media. The guy even looked hungover and very dodge. I now understand why people say we should avoid Bolt. Such would never happen with Uber, I am personally DONE with Bolt because they don't care.
