Bad service

A friend of mine had requested for me and I was charged 36 rand but the driver said I must pay R50 so I gave him R100 nd when he's supposed to give me change he said he only has R43 nd Ther was nothing he could do. He said I must run to the garage nd look for change. I am not happy with bolt as this is not the first time am getting a bad service from bolt.
