BAD SERVICE

My name is Sithle and I've recently signed up to be a bolt driver, upon signing up they gave me a bonus of R1000 of which I need to complete 100 rides. I drove day and night to complete this, its festive and would like to enjoy the holidays with my family, but when I completed all the trips bolt froze the cash busy investigating I dont know what. I am so furious their customer service is so poor you cant speak to an agent because after every question they answer they close the chat then you have to open another and so it goes on and on. I am fed up with this company and their employees. They nicely took all of the commission for the 100 rides thats I've completed don't be mistaken they've taken their commission even before investigating anything. I am really fed up im tired and have nothing yet they dont take note.
