Bad service

So disappointed at how your services are,your drivers even operate under different profile I request a ride and was paying using my card,when the driver arrived the description of the plate number was different than the one on the app and I cancelled the ride,I then received a pop up that I will charged R19 for cancellation which I was okay about because my safety is worth more than that but I was debited the whole R110 of the ride I demand my refund back because it’s not my fault the car plate number was different
