Bad incompetence staff. No resolution!

This platform is useless even for a driver, chat bot useless their agents useless, they sound like they reading a script. They said my documents expired however they did not they expire after 9 months. I uploaded the same document that they said expired and now they saying it will be reviewed in 72hours ive lost 72hours operations and this is still unsolved.
