Bad driver support system.

They are slow in responding to my query. I have a driver account with them but I am not getting assisted as I should. I swopped cars on their driver app and it usually takes 24hrs for approval but it's been 3 days now meaning that I haven't worked for three days because tge registration in the app doesn't correspond with the vehicle I'm using; now I must wait fir their response, when they feel like responding. They have no offices or contact centres. Everything is done via app or email, with a snail paced turnaround time, whilst I'm losing income.
