Bad driver and ustomer service

I took a taxi with a friend 5weeks ago and left a cigar on the sit, in tj morning l contacted the driver and he promised to bring it back when he gets time and that never happened. Had een in touch with their office with no luck. Their driver doesn't respond to my messages anymore or even take my calls.
