Bad customer service by Bolt

I booked a ride for my husband from the shopping centre to our house. The app showed it will cost R30 and I accepted but when my husband came at home the R30 reversed and a R217 went off from my bank account. I spoke twice with bolt agents and sent all the information they asked but still they did not give my money back and taken their R30 for the actual ride I booked. They don't get back to me and it has been more than a month now. Very bad customer service.
