Bad customer service and over charge

I'm from SA but went out of country I used them 3 times were twice were a problem. 1st time I paid online and when I got to to the driver I were requested to pay more for the airport entrance fee or he cant take me if I had cash I wouldn't have used Bolt second time I got a price online and paid an almost half an hour after deliver to the our airport they almost doubled the price but just that morning I went with bolt also and on the same road to the same hotel were they collected me
