BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I took a bolt ride to work on Monday and the driver almost got us killed.

I saw that my driver was nervous on the highway and should have asked her to take the next off-ramp but decided to give her the benefit of the doubt.

She missed an off-ramp and in what I can only assume was a panic, slammed on breaks, and swerved into the emergency lane. However she was not totally in the emergency lane, the back end of the car was slightly out.

A truck came flying towards us at an incredible speed, due to the fact that the car was not straight, should the truck have hit us, we would have died.

It is by the grace of God that I am still here, honestly, if it were not for his protection I would be dead.

I had to coach the driver to the next off-ramp and assist her with a back route to get to work safely.

Bolt customer service has had a laissez faire fair attitude towards the situation. I was also offered NO compensation.

Please do not use this company, they clearly do not vet their drivers properly and clearly do not care about their clients
