Bad customer service

I booked a ride from Chatsworth to Phoenix by card. Driver ask me cancel and do it cash without the app. It was late and I was desperate coz no one was picking up, so I agreed. On our way the driver said he had no petrol and needed money for the trip, my child with me, so I gave it. To add to it the full amount of the was also deducted from my acc. I understand I was also in the wrong but bolt should take action against drivers that exploit there customers.
