Bad Bolt Drivers

Bolt South Africa are a bunch of ripoffs and a danger to the public, especially women passengers. Their choice of drivers is pathetic. They are rude and have no customer service ethic or training. They do not refund cancelled trips due to bad driver experiences. I recently paid R160 for a R98 trip. The driver had his radio on full volume, playing his choice of music and proceeded to tell me he'll do whatever he wants in his car. He swore at me as he drove off, when I canceled the trip.
