Bad bolt customer service, done with bolt.

So my daughter booked my uncle home the fare was R115 my calls 2 hours later and says it was R164, I check the ride and it still says R115. The customer support just kept making excuse after excuse, the drivers cell number has over 100 spams listed, then the customer support said the escalating an agent will b with me in less than 10 mins, it's been 20 mins and no response. Bolt your service is so bad and you are failing your paying customers. Don't give us discounts and allow your drivers who you employ to rob us and nothing comes of it. No wonder the drivers do this cause they know the customers complaints will fall on deaf ears. Thank you for the worst service, that man had to use his R50 electricity money to pay for a trip that went from R115 to R164.
