Bad bad bad

I am very disappointed of the driver registration number JB63HW GP. I request a ride not so long ago and the first driver's arrival time was too long so I cancelled. I requested another one immediately and found this driver who also took too long to arrive. Tried to cancel the request on the app but there was a network delay. Immediately sent him an amazing to say that I am cancelling. he calls me and asks me why I'm cancelling. I told him to come get his money as he obviously wanted it. I had taken a taxi to get to my destination so I called him and told him where I was.. he came and took the R25.. lol. Come on, like really????
