Bad Attitude from driver

Yesterday I used your services and the driver was very rude towards me unprovoked. Firstly he accused me of hiding my groceries when I showed him where I was, then said I should go and read the terms and conditions for bolt as I was supposed to request a different ride. I suggested doing that then he said it was okay on our way he dropped us off before we reached our destination with those groceries on the side of the road because there was water on the road and said his car will get dirty. I wish to know what can be done about this cause this guy inconvenienced me and put me in a bad situation with groceries on the side of the road, I still paid the full amount and the service was **** I was meant to feel like a beggar.
