Bad attitude and ride didnt happen

I requested a ride from the spot where im standing the driver ended up somewhere else, i went to the vehicle and as we about to leave i just raised my concern about bolt driver asked me to cancel the ride. Can i be refunded since the ride did not happen and he also had attitude with me
