Awaiting of bolt driver profile

I have given up on you bolt I’m really frustrated with you .

I create a profile it stays more than 3months without communication, I follow up on my case I don’t get things straight it has been pillar to post , nothing has been progressing, I go and pay for fingerprints after receiving email from Kholiwe saying my account was blocked, for me to activate it I need fingerprints, they submitt fingerprints I don’t get response from bolt when I follow up again a lady called Diana Mutegi says she can’t find my login details…….

I’’m knew to bolt I have waited 3 months and stil whilst I’m waiting nothing happens, no responses at all.

What kind of service is this? When I look for their contact details to call there is no number no office only the automated WhatsApp which can’t deal with our problems at stake?????
