Avoid BOLT

Bad, scare experience. We took a BOLT in East London. The driver was rude. He refused to allow us to open a window. He refused to switch off his radio upon request. He drove over the speedlimit. Then, when we wanted to tell him how unhappy we were, he gave us a middle finger and drove off.

BOLT head office has been very unhelpful!
