Arrogant unprofessional bolt driver

Hope all is well, I have been using your service for some time and never had any real issues. Today I experienced humiliation like never before. I work in Sandton City and I'm currently using bolt as my daily transport.I would like to give bolt an opportunity to fix the issue before I take the issue forward.This is what transpired today in Sandtoncity.I requested a ride from Sandton City at 18:43 on Wednesday the 15 of January 2025. A bolt driver by the name of Joel Mabuza responded. Upon entering the vehicle the driver asked me how much the trip amounted to. I told him it was R 103. He told me it's too little . I was then advised to leave his car. This was a pick up point. Many bolt and Uber commuters were waiting for their rides. I gathered my strength and exited the vehicle. Knowing all the bolt and Uber customers were staring directly at me. It was a very embarrassing experience. As everyone could see I was put out of the driver's car. This is not how customers should be treated. We do not control prices and drivers should not accept rides just to humiliate individuals. It is unacceptable and inhuman. Please treat this as a serious matter. I would like for bolt to solve this issue. Before it spirals out of control. I have requested for video footage for evidence that will be utilised.
