Are we safe with bolt?

Bolt customer service is weak!! They did no investigation whatsoever when my friend mistakenly left his phone in the car after a trip with bolt.the driver decided not to answer the phone for 24hrs while we tried reaching to him.Bolt came back and informed us that they cannot help in anyway ! ***!!!
