App tracking confusion. Bolt

As far aas the rides go I would give a good review. The app keeps sending the taxis to the wrong location. it's quite far down the road from where I live. I can't see where it is when it claims to have arrived. At least most drivers listen to my messages correcting the error and come to the correct place. Yesterday a six I needed to go home from Aimee Street Randburg. It sent the Taxi to Ann Street a few blocks away. The app on my cell clearly showed me located far away from the "arrived" taxi. Diver ignored my messages and charged me R20 for waiting and cancelled to trip. I got another diver who came to the correct place and gave him a good rating on the Bolt app, commenting on the Miss-direction. Looks like I might have been charged for the cancelled rip but the charged haven't appeared in my bank transaction history yet. I did get a bank SMS for the charge of the cancelled ride for the quoted price of R102 for that ride
