Angry customer

To whom it may concern I'd like to report an incident on the driver named william car make: nissan micra, white registration number HX 43 DY GP. He was the driver that collected a parcel from me and was supposed to deliver to someone that bought the ps4 but I have no idea if the driver was in it or not. So if we can get contact from the driver on where the parcel is and the guy that bought it he disappeared and blocked me. So please help me I am not sure what is happening because if he doesn't say anything about the parcel he is involved in theft of the product.
