***** and Terrible drivers

not happy with this trip this morning with driver Thomas as I feel I was unfairly charged extra considering the app directed the driver to 1st Avenue and not my selected address.then when I sent messages to driver and tried to call him to inform him as he was around the wrong way he deliberately declined my call and didn't respond to messages. I now believe this was an act to ensure he gets more than the trip with the addition waiting fee which is his fault hence I gave correct address and why did he not answer. I want this charges taken back
