And it happened again!!!

I actually like using Bolt — it’s usually quick and easy. But this time? I pay for my ride, the money immediately vanishes from my bank account, and then bam — they want me to pay another fee for some ridiculous “***** prevention” nonsense. Like, seriously? I’ve already paid, what more do you want from me?

And the best part? They say I might get that extra fee back… after a whole 14 days. Two weeks of waiting for my own money? Please, spare me the drama.

Bolt, this whole payment process is an absolute circus. Sort it out, simplify it, and stop making your customers jump through hoops just to get what’s rightfully theirs!
